The China Daily Youth newspaper によると
中国の子供達はは3,000 different characters覚えるのだそうだが
最近はＰＣや携帯の使用が多いためpinyinと呼ばれるシステムを使って
変換する学生が多い。
８３％が文字に関して問題があり、４３％はサインするときぐらいしか
漢字は使わないと言う
中国語は３００年も昔からあり現在も使われているものとしては　（current use）最古のもの。
「形は思い出せるんだけどstroke(筆の運び方、書き順、書き方）をわすれてるの」と中国の学生。
漢字は４種の文字のうちのひとつに過ぎない日本では、 We rely too much on the conversion function on our phones and PCs　 と学生が認めている
