２００年もの間深い海に眠っていたchampabneはdaiverたちによってfinland沖のBaltic sea(バルト海）で発見されました。ロシアの royal family がボートで運ぶ際沈めてしまったものだとか。
ここまで保存ができた理由としては

などがあげられる。
まさにthe finest wine cellarsというわけだ。
bottleは老舗のVeuve Cliquot winery（ブーブクリコ）のもの。

オークションでは１ボトルあたり $135,000 の値段がつくという。
